I don't know why, but I have this image of you starring in a Subaru Outback commercial.

I think you're a little too optimistic. The minibulk of K14 is likely just to lead to another (feasability bulk) and that should take months. Then, if they want to go ahead, they have to jump through the environmental hoop and, since that is in federal jurisdiction, the 'business climate' of Alberta won't be too important.

Just a thought.
