Now the RIG move up makes sense. It was pumped up to set up the secondary offering that was announced this morning. The secondary was announced at $3.03, and the stock opened at $3.05. It's at $3.20 now. It's not unusual for a secondary offering to be 10% less than the market price of an equity, particularly if it is a private placement with one of the big funds or brokerages.
