I've used Lugal's iodine @ 8-10 drops per dose for about two years. My use is regular but not daily.
I'm still alive and healthy. Its not a supplement you will notice as helpful unless one is looking for changes or the elimination of symptoms. I incorporated it into my routine as part of my push to recognize basic elements that we, as modern humans, have become deficient in because of life style changes. Some minerals like copper, boron, strontium (the non-glow type). Micro dosed stuff to acknowledge our sad dietary state.

There is a Doc on Youtube that has a wide range of videos on Iodine use. He's actually written a few books on its use, and uses Iodine as part of his treatment methodologies. David Brownstien. Our friend, John Campbell, youtube.com, has made a number of vids as well.

Iodine is not some crazy supplement. It is generally obtained through sea foods. The Japanese have high Iodine levels from seaweed intake.
