Question(s) for the lawyers here:(or anyone with the answers) Aren't all lawyers subject to the rules of your Bar Association? Like Pam Bondi for instance among others. Also, could a lawyer like Bondi get sanctioned for vindictive or malicious prosecution if the case she is bringing against Comey is found to have no merit? I heard Ty Cobb mention in the previous post here that the case against Comey appears to be vindictive prosecution. And what about judges, they have law degrees. Are they subject to following the rules of your Bar just like lawyers are? Thanks for any help offered on these matters. I realize I might be able to Google these questions but I thought one of our learned members of this thread might be able to expound on my queries.
