The SOX Components have changed again. AMKR CRUS LSCC and ONTO have been removed from the index. ALAB CRDO NVMI and RMBS have been added:

indexes.nasdaqomx.com

I am going to contact StockCharts.com to get them to make the changes so the BPSOX data is accurate.
