It looks like these tariffs will also be thrown out by the Supremes in January: thehill.com The emergency is Trump just says this is what tariffs should be, unless a company breaks ground on a new facility in the US. In the meantime, more grief for companies attempting to do business in the US. Whoever thought this would be a business-friendly administration is finding out this is not the case.
