Easier said than done. Has Q ever managed to put together a software stack/environment of this scope? Does Q have the necessary culture? By Q I mean from top management to biz dev to partners management to systems engineering (= hw + runtime sw + sw dev tools). AMD, which imo as a company has a better handle on (eco)systems than Q, is still fumbling along with ROCm.
