Mega Uranium still cheap

Took 3 tries for perplexity to get everything right, but I think this is correct now for NAV calc. This is without NXE going to new multi-year highs which seems like it'll happen sooner vs later with uranium heading to 90 and then 100+ again and URNM rebalance (pressure to sell NXE) being over EOM. I would think 12-14 during Oct is possible, otherwise by the end of year is also fine.

I mostly bought Mega for it's exposure to NXE, but having some Toro (and others) is also nice. Own directly on ASX as well. Shallow, high grade, good cash, permits in place - looks like the market is waking up. Law still has to change to allow mining, but some are already anticipating the potential (later 2026?)

Mega has persistently traded w/a discount, but that discount should likely narrow in this environment. Wouldn't be surprised to see NAV close to 1 Canadian by EOY if not sooner. As always size appropriately. Not very liquid unless trading direct, but enough of a discount can still buy on the pinks if willing to hold longer.
