I like the small/regional bank industry to Paul. Have held NRIM And FBAK another Alaska bank since 2015. NRIM has performed much better over this time. FBAK has higher div yield currently 6% and usually pays out special divy which would put it closer to 7%.

FMCB a small California Bank that has been around since 1916 has paid a divy for 60 consecutive years making it apart of the famed 55 club "Dividend Kings". They just switched from semi-annually to quarterly on payout.
