Trump wins either way with this case:

1) Comey tried and convicted. Trump has evened the score against him.

2) Comey found innocent. Trump shows the world that the Dems were incorrect in claiming Comey got Trump elected in 2016!
3) Case dismissed on motion for selective/malicious prosecution, case never sees a jury?

Can't quite see how Trump wins when #3 happens. Help me out here, cuz I'm a betting person and I'll wager that's the outcome.
