Thanks, VALUESPEC As usual, you took the readily available information and provided perspective. I had noticed the 144 for Tom Russell, but didn't think to compare it against his total holdings. Guess it's a coincidence that he and Frank both file for the maximum they can sell but never sell that much. But like you say, we'll know for sure with --next SEC quarterly maybe? Certainly he has a right and duty to his family to enhance his personal fortune. It's just that it is frequently significant information to investors in the company in question. Glad you're back, VALUE.
