Godis has nailed it perfectly..... "Under the update about filter: Not a word that our masks now are a Class I medical device under its existing MDEL. But we can read that: "the Company looks forward to working with Public Services and Procurement Canada to facilitate federal procurement and adoption of ZenGUARD™ Enhanced Air Filters at scale." - we are not working with them at the moment But it also says: "Zentek continues to work closely with Health Canada on the regulatory classification of its ZenGUARD™ Enhanced Air Filters, having recently submitted a formal response to the agency’s preliminary regulatory position. The Company continues to evaluate its options during the review period" We are not currently selling filters. One of the options would likely be to sell filters into MENA, but this assumes 5xFs Fenton really was setting up something transformative with Al-Ramez and FSCO. The jury is still out. errrrrr,Sorry, the jury is now in, following the private AGM. MENA looks like a spin job.
