kakistocracy This word describes almost all governments I can think of as most governments put their personal needs and those of a wealthy elite before those of the majority of the people of the country. Name a country that doesn't,...a test for all of you. Trump appears to be trying to do the opposite at the moment, which makes him a huge target for the rich and immensely privileged elite, except for Fox news.
