Doug,I'll respond best I can;I'll let Ian fill in/correct me:
a: What products did UB have that NN envied and wanted.
Ans: LAN==> switches,salesforce & customers
b: Was USB's also a reseller to CSCO.
Ans:yes, a big one also, I think.
c: What happened to their products after the take over.
Ans: not selling as well, I think.
d: What role did CSCO play if any that made the take over impossible
to resolve.
Ans: none as far as I know:They just continued to promote their own
(csco)products.
