If we are authorised in some way/whatever way to sell filters in Canada, then the labelling and classification by HC doesn't matter a damn. The question which is then most important is 'Why Are We Not Selling Filters in Canada right now ?' Lollipops are invariably and completely unwilling to address this commercial aspect, and therefore default to their usual insults.
