It appears that the prospective deal from ECGOF will value DBCO shares at $3.00 per share, structured in a form that converts to ECGOF shares at 1 ECGOF share per 5 DBCO shares, but exerciseable only when ECGOF hits $15. For details see the SI posting at:

www3.techstocks.com

Of course, this does not mean that the deal is currently worth $3 per DBCO share (ECGOF currently trades around $11.50 and has approached $15 within the last year), but given the rosy outlook for ECGOF they could be worth that within the year, if not a matter of months. In fact, for those wanting to acquire ECGOF shares, buying DBCO on the take-over prospect would appear to be the cheapest way of doing so, working out to (assuming the prospective deal is consummated) an ability to purchase ECGOF for just a shade over $9 per share.
