Here we go again. While Asia and Europe pushed up PM prices overnight, the opening in NYC is pushing those big gains lower this morning. I find it hard to trust these NYC prices. The pattern suggests some effort to negate what the rest of the world is thinking.

But we can't know, so I can only guess that this is the case. That is, "some effort" to modules prices, while being unable to fully control them.
