RE: "Covington"... Intel is certainly going out of their way to try and snuff out Socket 7 aren't they? Clearly a case of wanting to use the marketing power of the "II" after the word "Pentium"...otherwise they would just continue to push the Pentium MMX at the low end... I really have to wonder "why"....but I see their logic. It's partly punitive. Jim
