Maybe for the major indices. I don't know if what I'm seeing extends to speculative mining issues, unless it is just psychological/sympathetic movement.

Earlier in the day, my speculative mining stocks were gyrating wildly by mostly in the green. Now they are the other way around - mostly red, but moving between red and green overall.

And all of this on an up day for PMs.
