Colin, Joe Murphy comes here a lot and since his shareholders like me and possibly others have some questions we would like to ask him, then I see no problem in asking him up here. I will find it twice as disturbing if Joe doesn't come. I want answers from Mr. Murphy. He told me he works for us the shareholders so he can show everybody he meant that and come up here and ease our fears. The Forum I think I gave him a very decent way (this forum) to solve this problem. Colin do you realize that there is the slight possibilty that he spoke to a room of investors about FNET and did so maybe without a legally binding written contract with FTEL? And I do not recall him ever mentioning in that meeting that the DCTC position in FNET did have contingencies. I also do not recall him telling us at the Dayton Meeting that he had a presently valid contract and what it terms were. Also no news issuance of a news release on the matter, if things had changed in any way. I can accept forward looking statements when identified as such. Don't you think there is at least a slight possibility of something MAYBE and I do mean MAYBE that has gone on here which is possibly not in line with good standard and ethical business parctices? I just don't know but I am worried. Make no mistake Colin, I remain extremely hopeful that I am completely wrong about all of this. Once Mr. Murphy answers then I feel hopeful I will be relieved. If Joe cares about our anxiety he will take the time to respond in my humble opinion. I know of unanswered email and unreturned calls where people have not yet been properly responded to by DCTC. But, of course I am not an insider, I am just an individual investor who bought DCTC in the market at the market price. I see no problem with anything in Mr. Peters' hand. Presently his hand holds all the cards as I see it just like since the begining. Why do you ask about Frank? Are you concerned that Frank Peters is maybe becoming more particular about who he plays cards with? If that is it, maybe you have solved this one for me. Just my thoughts and opinions............
