Yes, the new types of lithography are XRL, Scalpel, and other types of "non-optical" lithography, which would require entirely new tools and the creation of a new body of understanding related to the new tools. Sticking with photolithography down to .08 micron is great news for semi manufacturers, and excellent news for CYMI!
