Hello Frank:

I believe you are right. However lets not forget the $30,000,000US they have to pay for Mael. They have to dilute even more to come up with that cash. Therefore I am sticking to my numbers $10 - 13US for a buyout. However in this case I believe there will be a JV of some kind if KRY wins the case.
