Yup. I certainly would have sued them if I had bought options based on conversion and then they yanked them away by cancelling them.

Also, usually when this kind of thing is going to happen, there is at least a week of notice to the option holders. Given that I can't find any news on it, I suspect they made a last minute decision to take a different approach to reorg.

This is what you get when you hire a B team for your legal work.

As the old saying goes, never buy from a rich salesman; always hire a rich lawyer.

They failed the latter rule.
