Yes, the ruling entails that all of Qualcomm's chipsets are licensed under their ALA, including anything with 'Nuvia derived work'.
The court and jury essentially held that all of Qualcomm's chipsets are their own works, not Nuvia's, and Nuvia's ALA was never assigned to Qualcomm.
