I would not settle anything and would see the Qcom V Arm case through to its bitter end. Settling just opens the door for others to continue with their legal game of thrones against Qcom and that is no longer acceptable as an investor in Qcom. I do believe ARM caused severe damage to Qualcomm as did Apple. If you don’t punch a bully in the nose they’ll just keep bullying.
