I thought it was without an opportunity to refile but I could be wrong.

If they do now want to make that claim, it's a whole new lawsuit.

Hopefully, they just renegotiate a better ALA and/or TLA extension deal rather than go deeper down the lawsuit route.

It is hard to say if ARM is ever again going to be willing to deal with Qualcomm. They are now competitors on a few product fronts.
