The CMS material would be covered by however Nuvia contracted for their ALA with ARM. It may well be ARM was entitled to use Nuvia idears here and that would be why Qualcomm previously dropped this counterclaim.

Yes, it is all dependent upon the economics and like with the details of the contracts those are all and will always be speculation upon our behave.

Here, we just need to trust the good judgement of Qualcomm mgt.

I trust them.
