Worth spending the time reading at least from page 147 to the end of the great piece. Judge Young is a great man, someone I look up to having had many wonderful conversations in his chambers over the years. He is ethical, honest, unbiased, committed to the jury trial system, and one of the greatest jurists I've had the pleasure of getting to know. A Reagan appointee. I think he's in his mid-80's, but you'd never know either fact from his work or manner.
