I have no issues with personal enrichment. As long as it is done legally and above board. I get bashed for lending shares through a program legal in Canada and the US. Every stock trading house has this legal program for lending shares. You just have to own the shares you are going to lend if you want to use this program.

Then it seems that some shareholders are more important than other shareholders and are given "tipped" information on, in this case an upcoming PP to personally enrich themselves. Did some of these shareholders sell shares at a much higher price knowing they could repurchase at a much lower price via the upcoming PP? And possibly get warrants on top of that? I do not know but if this did happen as many suggest, at worst illegal and at best unethical. Only regulators if they look into this would know for sure.

Will this upcoming PP pass the stink test? We will soon find out. Many eyes will be watching.
