Hmmm, you've revealed that you know as little of the details as I do. I believe both are guilty of murder in states that say abortion is murder. Perlexity says...... No U.S. state where abortion is illegal currently classifies abortion as "murder" under criminal law, nor do they prosecute pregnant women for homicide if they obtain an abortion. -- My hunch is the laws say intentionally terminating a fetus is illegal, and they leave it at that. Abortion is a crime, but it's not homicide.
