Pentagon to impose random polygraphs, NDAs in bid to stop leaks: Report
The Pentagon plans sweeping nondisclosure agreements and random polygraph tests for over 5,000 officials, a move critics call intimidation tactics aimed at silencing dissent and tightening control under Trump's defense leadership.

The Pentagon is moving to tighten secrecy inside its highest offices, planning to require thousands of staff to sign sweeping nondisclosure agreements (NDA) and even random lie detector tests for thousands of people inside the building, according to documents obtained by The Washington Post.
The draft plan, which has not yet been signed or formally approved, would require every military service member, civilian employee and contractor working for the defence secretary’s office or the Joint Staff — more than 5,000 people in all — to sign a nondisclosure agreement. The language bars the release of “non-public information” unless specifically approved, the Post reported.
