A few stocks from the new lows list of past few days:

BMY. In for a few shares. I am surprised in the pop in so many of the big pharma stocks and related stocks today. I was only able to grab a few few shares of BMY before that. Looking to add more if/as BMY falls back. 5.6% dividend makes it easier for me to hold the position.

FMC. A small add to a losing tracking position. Stock hitting lows because they sell lots of herbicides, etc. to USA soybean farmers. Soybean farmers are on the brink, because China not buying from US. Latin America instead. Going to be bad if this is a permanent situation, and it may be.

GT. Goodyear Tire. Should be easier for GT to get its share of tire business with tariffs on competitors' exported tires to US. Raw material rubber, if it's imported from Indonesia has no tariff. I am outlooking a reversion-to-mean for this stock, and I'm carefully trying to accumulate shares at low prices. finance.yahoo.com

FI. Firserve. Not a value stock, imo. I'll track it now with a buy of a few shares.
