<<<what's dangerous is when a company is printing shares
in a desperate attempt to stay in business.... That isn't the case here.>>>

Gee, FAMH has me fooled, then... they line up financing, but for some reason their investment banker (Westcott, with which they had a "two-year exclusive agreement" for acquistion financing) broke the deal off. Then... I suppose they couldn't get financing in New York? If only there more banks there...

Now, they get an "equity investment" of $12 million (selling new bunches of stock, I believe it's called in laymen's terms) and call it a "line of credit". Creative and "shareholder friendly" indeed.

Issuing (at least) 20 million shares in two months? Stalling the promised financials, or even a decent explanation? Looks desperate to me. What cup is the release under? Follow closely.

Who here sincerely believes the audit will be out Monday? Show of hands?

L.E.
