Benioff was bullshitting to his eyeballs. He wasn't really doing AI. He was just wrapping old tech within a thin AI wrapper. That is not something that you can nail your hat one.

Anyone who knew anything about AI and what he was doing could see it plainly. But Wall Street is dumb in those ways.
