Not investment related:
My Dr. ordered a CT calcium scan because of high cholesterol and high LDL. I went to the hospital this morning for the scheduled scan. They tell me Medicare won't cover calcium scans and out of pocket cost are $1900. However, the hospital is running a special for only $99. She asked me which one I want?
Anyway, I get home and tell my wife that Medicare won't cover the scan and it will cost $1900. I didn't tell her about the $99 special. I ask her if she would pay $1900 and she immediately said yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She said I hope you got the test. I told her about the special. The CT took no more than two minutes.
