Heres the entire deal in a nutshell. Can't envision Hamas signing on. Much like the D's, they won't submit and watch their entire ideology built on propaganda and fear to crumble. The D's are resisting to secure war zone American cities so they can maintain control. Hamas does not want Gaza secure and rebuilt, they prefer status quo and continue using Palestinians as proxy for war.
