Re. I just had an MRI on my shoulder with some sort of injection. Total $4,400+. About 30 minutes. Didn't see any doctors there. Your radiologist may bill you separately. Wonder how much does it cost to get the same MRI in Canada or another country for that matter. I may have to up my target for HSA account.
