When the 10Q is released, will we find out what they paid for the shares they bought back (if they bought back) or just that they did buy back?

For what else would a company in this position be using their excess cash? They have only one drug, trials are possibly completed, so would they be doing research about their own drug, starting work on another drug, or what?

I believe they were going to spend up to $10 million on the stock buyback. (Correct me if I'm wrong about this.)
