I suspect things need to move farther before a buyout. I would not be surprised to see the stock move to $4.50 to $5.00 and a raise done to get a plant built - after that a take over could be in the works. So far the insiders have made the right moves, hopefully this continues. Government may get involved - which may be advantageous for stock price but that would be down the road a bit.
LC is not impressed with their past record - what I see so far has looked like a group with their schite together.
