Today I sold EXR and added to PANW.

I purchased EXR back in April of this year and it was doing nothing. I sold it at a loss of -0.47% not counting the dividends it produced. Normally I wouldn't sell a higher yielding asset basically trading flat, but the account owner wants less income and more growth, so today's move seems to meet that objective.

PANW is a new holding, the first lot (25 shares) was purchased last month (09/08/25). Once it showed me a 3% return (09/15/25) I added another 25 shares. When the combined 50 shares showed me a 5% return, I added another 25 shares today.
