More preparations for the sale of Treaty Creek. TUO is going spin out all its assets besides Treaty Creek, minus the ones recently spun out to LUXR, into two companies which shares in which will be distributed to TUO shareholders.

Now, how much will TUO get for its 20% share of Treaty Creek and what will it do with the money, give it to shareholders and wind up the company, or buy other assets?

It seems to me that Treaty Creek plus SEA's nearby deposits would make a nice district scale package that could be developed together.
