I would agree, given the technology now available our medical system is failing to streamline and improve their efficiency. I consider it a victory my GP will email me stuff, blood work results, radiology reports etc. but don't want me using email for communication. So forever on hold to use their phone system. No way to send a pic of a skin rash for eg etc etc etc. And like you yesterday they consider their time highly valued and your time is endless and assigned no value. I am thankful as I like and appreciate my GP. despite a lack of modern communication tech.
