Gottfried: A significant development you report! It makes me wonder who the generic winners and losers will be if this works as well as indicated. I guess the first question is how soon this technology would be in production. Second, which technologies will get a push from this development. Not being an engineer myself, it's hard to say, but maybe CMP, copper, automation? Who has an idea? Geoff Wren
