I like the idea of clearing dead inventory and go for something fresh that can perform for you. Mog like too many others has a top heavy share structure that will affect its trading, like it is now. Doing well but the break out just does not have big conviction and keeps facing selling. It is well held by institutions and management and I think it will overcome the sloppiness. Doubt it is an overnight success with the drill, although that is possible. They have an impressive property position that will need a few seasons to suss out. For the moment the market wants to hear when and where the drill will turn. They may not drill the "best" target on the newly acquired land as it is at the highest elevation and may still be under snow , when another target at lower elevation will be snow free and drill ready. We shall see.
