Re: Retirement and Legacy Portfolios ...

Retirement ...

Today I added to ESS .. PG .. LIN .. ADP.

PG was actually suggested by SSD today. I continue to add to companies that represent the smaller equity positions in this portfolio.

============================================

Legacy ...

As I stated yesterday, I was going to sell most of the BDC's in this portfolio. I had a good amount of cash tied up in BDC's.

I sold OBDC .. HTGC .. TSLX. ... I kept MAIN.

I sold 1/2 of the overweight position in NFLX. It was the largest holding in this portfolio and is now the 8th largest.

I recently purchased a starter position in DHI. My portfolio management tactic is to add to a new position once it shows a 3% return. DHI did that today and I added to it. My thinking is that lower interest rates will help the home builders.

In addition to this, I added to TMO, IBIT and put a good amount of cash into SGOV. TMO was on probation but has finally caught a bid, so now I'll work on bringing it up in size.
