Baoho, I have heard that the debentures would pay approx. 7%. The DBCO shareholders would receive 1 share of ECGOF for every 5 shares of DBCO. There could be no conversion of the shares until ECGOF is over 15, and ECGOF has the right to call the debentures at any. I'm not quite sure what basis is used to determine the 7% interest rate.
But unless the deal completely blows up or ECGOF stock goes to heck it looks almost like an arbitrage opportunity. Stay tuned for details.
