Good Morning Cheif,

With the exception of Monday"s CLX offset of +13, the next 4 weeks have two - 8s and one 7 with a slug of negative numbers.

All of Breeze's red line charts are breaking out and it should be a very supportive group of negative offsets for FOUR more weeks.

Parhaps a breakout of historic propoertions all of which might just occur during a government shutdown.

That would be a bit counterintuitive to my thinking - ors a resolution could be the spark that lights the candle.

Either way the offsets are screaming good times ahead.
