Our v-Wave seems to want to float here right on the edge of its Caution range. As can be seen, it's been stuck here for several months with the last relief being in March-April of this year. We don't get any better feel from the SignalPoint Market Risk Indicator (MRI). It's now in its 13th week of showing Caution with no relief. One component (Relative Valuation) stubbornly won't give up on its worrisome Caution signal. The other three MRI components are at the high end of their neutral ranges and threatening to cross into Caution. Again, the only relief from the cautionary levels occurred last March-April. While we can't see the whites of the Bear's Eyes yet, it doesn't mean we shouldn't be AIMing in that general direction! Keep your Powder Dry and, like the Boy Scouts, Be Prepared!
