Thanks for that. Maybe TUD and SEA should just merge preparatory to the final sale of Treaty Creek, but perhaps the bad blood built up between the two companies over this legal battle will make that impossible.

And in a related matter, I was thinking that maybe the spin out company from TUO that will hold the properties jointly held or JVed with Silver Grail should just merge with Silver Grail, much simpler IMO. But that easy for me to say from the outside...
