More MLP: I've found two timing issues with MLP's:

1. MLP's are issued late - March, I believe I've encountered, so in taxable account, that means waiting until then to file.

2. In non-taxable account where the trustee (broker) files, I've found where I had UBTI over $!000 (perhaps with having income (income - $0depreciation = income), unlike with most pipelines no income because depreciation is so large), the broker filed in July, so there was also an irritating late-filing fee taken out of my non-taxable account.
